# Pricing and billing

> What the Pro plan includes, how the trial works, and how to manage your subscription.

TinyInbox has one paid plan: **Pro**. Every new account starts with a free
7-day Pro trial.

## What Pro includes

* Unlimited sites
* Unlimited conversations
* Image and video attachments in widget messages
* Email notifications for new conversations and unreplied messages
* Signed identity verification for logged-in visitors

## Price

**\$15 USD per month**, billed monthly. No per-seat fee.

## How the trial works

When you sign up, TinyInbox starts a 7-day Pro trial as soon as you add a
payment method through Stripe Checkout.

During the trial you have full Pro access. You can cancel before the trial
ends and you will not be charged.

If you do not start the trial:

* You cannot create a site
* The widget will not load on your sites, so visitors cannot open the chat,
  start new conversations, or send follow-up messages on existing ones

The dashboard surfaces a **Start trial** prompt the first time you hit these
limits.

## Manage your subscription

Open **Billing** in the dashboard to:

* See your current plan and renewal date
* Update the payment method (opens the Stripe customer portal)
* Download past invoices
* Cancel the subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep
Pro access until then.

## After cancellation or trial expiry

Your data stays in TinyInbox. You can sign in and read existing conversations
in the dashboard. The widget stops loading on your sites, so visitors will
not see the chat and any reply you send from the dashboard will not reach
them through the widget. Restart the subscription from **Billing** to bring
the widget back online.

## Invoices and receipts

Invoices are emailed by Stripe to the address on the subscription. You can
also download them from the **Billing** page.

If you need a VAT or company name on the invoice, update it in the Stripe
customer portal — the link is on the **Billing** page.
