A site is one place where you install the TinyInbox widget. Create a separate site for each product or domain you want to manage independently.

Site fields

Name

Use a name you will recognize in the dashboard, such as Acme app or Marketing site.

Domain

Set the domain where the widget is allowed to run. TinyInbox checks the page host before issuing a widget session, which helps keep your site key from being used elsewhere. Use the root host, not a full page URL:
example.com
app.example.com
Do not include https://, paths, or query strings.

Accent color

Choose the widget accent color that best matches your site. Use a hex color, such as #348f8b.

Welcome message

Write the first message visitors see when they open the widget. Keep it short and specific.
Send a message and I will reply soon.

Add another site

Create another site when you want separate widget settings, a separate site key, or separate conversation filtering in the inbox.

Send a test message

Use the dashboard test message action after setup. It creates a visitor message so you can confirm the inbox is ready before installing the widget on a live page.
