What you receive
New conversation. When a visitor sends the first message in a new conversation, TinyInbox emails you right away with the message body, site, and a link to the conversation. Unreplied follow-up. If a visitor message sits unanswered for 3 hours, TinyInbox sends a follow-up email so the thread does not get lost. If you reply during that window, the follow-up is skipped.From address
Emails are sent fromnotifications@notifications.tinyinbox.co. Add this
address to your contacts or allow list so it does not land in spam.
Replies to notification emails do not reach the visitor. Reply from the
TinyInbox dashboard so the message goes back through the widget.
Where they go
Notifications are sent to the email address on your TinyInbox account. To change it, update your account email through the user menu.What to expect on a busy day
- One new conversation email per new thread, not per visitor message.
- One unreplied follow-up per thread that crosses the 3-hour mark, not a reminder every hour.
- No email when you, the owner, are the last one to reply.
